PAYMENT DETAILS. Payment can be made by PayPal or bank transfer following receipt of invoice. A deposit of 50% of the cost is required to secure the booking. The balance to be paid 4 weeks before the start of the holiday rental, on receipt of our invoice.

CANCELLATIONS If the cancellation is made at least 4 weeks before the start of the holiday the deposit will forfeit. If the cancellation is made less than 4 weeks before the start of the holiday no refund will be made, you have to pay the whole rental fee. In case that we are able to find another client for your booked period we will refund the whole price after 100 € charges to be deducted. Any refunds will be made less bank transfer charges, if applicable.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of €150 will be payable with the final payment for the rental. This will be returned in full, within 4 days, if the property is left in a clean and tidy state, with no breakages.

FINAL CLEANING: 60 euros per stay, payable with the final payment.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIMES. To allow us enough time to clean and prepare the property we request clients not to arrive before 16:00 and to depart before 10:00.

PETS are not allowed.

CLEANING. The house will be clean and tidy on your arrival and clients are expected to take appropriate care and attention of it during their stay. Fresh linen will be provided each week for rentals of more than one week.
